Before entering the aesthetics field, Shreen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from what is now known as the Toronto Metropolitan University. Her background in marketing taught her the importance of communication, trust, and understanding people’s needs—skills that now help her build strong, lasting relationships with her clients.

One client experience that particularly reinforced her passion for the profession involved helping a transgender client who had undergone numerous laser treatments without achieving the results they wanted. Through electrolysis, the client was finally able to move closer to their goal of a hair-free face, creating a meaningful and life-changing outcome.
