Samantha’s Story
Throughout her career, Samantha Francis has remained committed to continuous learning and professional growth. She has trained and attended industry conferences across Canada and internationally, including opportunities in Australia, England, Italy, and Singapore. In addition to her work as a practitioner, Samantha has served as an educator within the aesthetics industry, teaching and mentoring future professionals while helping advance standards within the field. Her dedication to education ensures that clients benefit from both extensive experience and current industry knowledge.
Certified in both electrolysis and microneedling, Samantha is known for her thoughtful, client-focused approach. She believes that every successful treatment begins with listening. By taking the time to understand each client’s goals, concerns, and expectations, she creates personalized treatment plans that help clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their journey. Her honest communication and ability to explain even complex treatment processes in a simple, reassuring way have earned the trust of countless clients over the years.
